3. You will agree on schedule, rate, and the scope of care directly with each family — ChooseCare is not a party to that agreement and assumes no liability for the care provided.

4. The documents you upload will be reviewed by ChooseCare's team before your profile is made visible to families. Providing false or fraudulent documentation is grounds for immediate removal from the platform.

5. You consent to ChooseCare storing and reviewing your submitted documents solely for verification purposes.
